Post & Packing
Please take into consideration......there is labour & packing material costs involved in the delivery charges, if you feel that they are unjustified please contact us on 0744 2496 186
Along with any fit or quality issues…. we will do our best to resolve them.
All items need to be in their original packaging and in a resellable ( like new ) condition, or there will be a minimum 25% re-stocking charge of the item value, to enable us to sell off as a used part.
Please contact us before making any returns ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) to be made within 14 days of supply & accompanied with a copy of your original invoice. All returns ( except defective ) will be returned at your cost and there will be a minimum restocking charge of 25% of the item value.
** NO RESTOCK CHARGE ON OUR OWN EXTENSIVE STOCK **
But...to be fair...we are not accepting returns on electrical parts that have been unwrapped...as we could not resend that later to another customer, with 100% confidence of its performance.
SPECIALY ORDERED PARTS
From any of our suppliers catalogs on our home page.....choose your parts carefully.....as parts ordered in for you pacifically, or chosen by an incorrect reference number of your choice ....may not be returnable to our supplier or may require a minmum of 25% re-stocking charge of the item value.
PARTS OUT OF STOCK

PLEASE NOTE....it is your responsibility to select the correct parts or material for your intended use, to work along with your design, such as for framework, a Cold Drawn Seamless ( CDS ) in a 4.06mm wall thickness, would be a stronger option for the Top Spine to the Steering Headstock connection ( together with other suitable bracing tubes/gussets ) than a BUDGET..... Electric Resistance Welded ( ERW ) 3.2mm wall tube ( for when braking forces are applied ) or for any other highly stressed areas, so if in any doubt.... always ask for advice.
We except no responsibility for checking any leaks in Fuel tanks, as these all require to be pressure tested and sealed prior to use, by yourself or the whoever is doing the paint application. However if one is found to be requiring welding ( before sealing or petrol ) we will repair it for you if the is no petrol or solvent applied.
