This has approximately a 6mm offset with a splined width of approximately 13mm, to help workout if a space is required to cover any exposed shaft splines.... which could prevent the secure tightening of the nut winding up to the sprocket.

You will require a high tensile 3/16" UNC Allan cap screw for locking the sprocket nut, as in photo below... search for listing #6 or if not available cut down a #7

The nut & Locking allen cap screw are NOT included.... only shown to illistrate how locking postion works.

 We can also supply basic chain conversions parts for wider tire use

Work out your requirements....measure with a straight edge onto your outer face of the rear sprocket, already fitted on your wheel ( with clearance for your chain to tire ) centered and squared in your frame. Measure the distance from from the same edge in contact with the rear sprocket outer face, to the exposed mainshaft bearing.

  We also have available the following transmision sprocket spacers

  0.600" ( approx 15 mm )  & 0.750" ( approx  19 mm ) &  0.840" ( approx 21 mm )  width.... these may also require a matching seal to suit.

 You may require some additional spacing work, these we can supply by turning down a larger width we supply in our existing listings...for example to machine down a steel flat spacer will be £10 labour cost, or an ally stepped one at £30 labour cost.
