- This adapter will enable you to fit any C.V. carb type air cleaner. Either original HD or after market Onto HSR 42/45 MIKUNI Carbs ( having approx 65mm O.D. ) with hardware & seal. Also now ( additional 3 more screw holes ) it also fits the S&S products
