- Generally for 160 or 180 tire use, select your " TOTAL WIDTH " sprocket ( see drawing via.. More Information ) in either 28.18mm ( 1 7/64" ) or 36.07mm ( 1.42" on drawing... which = 1 27/64" ) from the drop down menu.

To work out what trans sprocket width you require, by measuring with a straight edge onto your outer face of a ( old / borrowed or new from our listings ) rear sprocket, already fitted on your wheel ( spaced to allow clearance for your chain to tire ) centered and squared in your frame. Measure the distance from the same edge in contact with the rear sprocket outer face, to the exposed main shaft bearing spacer.
We also have available the following transmision sprocket spacers
0.600" ( approx 15 mm ) & 0.750" ( approx 19 mm ) & 0.840" ( approx 21 mm ) width.
You may require some additional spacing work ( send us a working drawing of dimensions if required ) these we can supply for around £20 for the transmission and from £30 for the rear wheel.
